Worth coming to QV instead of nearby UGG classic—there seemed to only be one staff member working and she was very friendly and helpful even though the store was busy. Good quality products as well, and tons of styles for the size of shop! There were even a few hats, soft toys, etc as well as shoes. Snapped a photo of cute children’s UGGs!

I met the rudest employee at UGG QV. Just had a bad customer service at UGG QV this morning. Wanted to buy a new pair for new year. I was the first customer coming in the store at 10AM on 1/1/24. I tried a pair of shoes and put back nicely the shelf. Before I left, she called me back and asked did I put the shoes back in the right place in a very annoying behavior. She also told me that "You put the shoes in the wrong place!" as if she was accusing me of doing sth extremely terrible. How do a customer who just entered the store remember how to put back to the exact location? She did not even offer me any help during my visit like employees at other stores & looked annoyed all the times Never come back to this store again!

Worst shop ever been. The taller female shop assistant being extremely rude and disrespectful. When I was check up a displayed shoe, she grabbed away from me and unfolded the ankle part as if I folded it up. She was making unpleasant voice to purposely make me feel unwelcome. While I was still asking for size politely, she would still show no interest with attitude and would not want to spend one extra second at all. The other girl was helpful and nice.
